Michael Baime is the Director of the Penn Program for Mindfulness and the Director of Mind-Body Programs for the Abramson Cancer Center at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Michael spoke to our Bala office to share the benefits of meditation, as well as some basic mindfulness techniques to help us manage symptoms of stress more effectively. The techniques taught in his program have been demonstrated to help with relaxation, clarity, and improving our ability to better respond to stressful situations.
