Dr. Donald J. Boudreaux, PhD is Professor of Economics and a senior fellow with the F.A. Hayek Program for Advanced Study in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the Mercatus at George Mason University. He specializes in globalization and trade, law and economics, and antitrust economics.
