Annual Leave + Time Off

On top of the standard 20 days annual leave, employees can choose to work through public holidays and instead, use them towards annual leave. That can be up to 14 extra days a year! We also give our staff two bonus days off a year - just because sometimes you need a doona day. If you get married, we help you celebrate by gifting you an extra 5 days off.
