We Play Poker

We believe poker is a fun way to practice decision making, so each year we hold a firm-wide No Limit Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament. The global tournament takes place over six weeks with competitors from every office. Players range from skilled veterans to poker newbies. We also offer poker classes taught by a World Series of Poker champ. Our tournament finalists take home some amazing prizes, like cash, trips, our own WSOP bracelet, and some bragging rights.

We Like Competition

Competition is a big part of the culture at SIG. In addition to outings like Night at the Ballpark, rugby matches, and road races, we have plenty of local SIG intramuralinterdepartmental teams playing tag rugby, golf, soccervolleyball, basketball, soccer, bocce, bowling and more.

We're Always Learning

Our SIG Speaker Series gives us the opportunity to hear from thought leaders and experts (including our own) across many topics. From professors to chess masters, Nate Silver to John Urschel, our recent talks have covered expert decision making, persuasion, neuroscience, and the cloud.

We Care

Our community is important to us. Each year, we provide support to non-profit organizationsorganisations and other charitable initiatives. We love getting together and competing in races like the Dublin Simon Community Fun Run, Sydney’s annual Corporate Challenge, and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Run and Walk. During the holiday season, we team up with St. Vincent de Paul annual gift appeal, Adopt a Family, and local programs to provide support to families in need.

We're More Than Just a Job

If you ask employees why they like SIG, they’ll almost always say the same thing*: the people. We like spending time with each other both in and out of the office. We improve our game at our golf simulators, work out at the gym, go to happy hours in the city, and grab some friends and head down to Atlantic City.We engage in many sports and social activities throughout the year. And each December, every office gets together for a well-deserved year-end celebration.*Well, okay, maybe a few people would say the food.
